Cancellation Policy
•$20 Non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment
•10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, there will be a $25 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment is cancelled. Please be mindful of the clients that are scheduled after you.
•Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.
•No call/No show, you will not be able to book appointments in the future.
•Please reschedule if you are experiencing any COVID/Cold symptoms
